Natasha oversees all fund operations at Frontline, building the systems and discipline that keep the firm running and the investment team focused on founders.
She brings deep operational and financial experience as both a founder and an operator across SaaS and financial services. She was previously COO and acting CFO at WeFlex, and co-founded Paid, a procurement SaaS business — so she knows first-hand what it takes to build and scale a company.
Earlier in her career, Natasha spent many years as a finance lawyer at Shearman & Sterling and an investment banker at HSBC. She holds a first-class law degree from Oxford and a Corporate LLM from NYU.
Outside of the office, Natasha is happiest racing down a ski slope or working her way through a mega crossword. She also loves spending time with her two young kids and trying out new restaurants (but never the two together!).
