Dylan is an investor on Frontline’s Seed team. Based in our Dublin office, he is primarily focused on meeting the best and brightest founders that the Irish ecosystem has to offer.
He has a keen interest in emerging market opportunities at the intersection of software and the sciences (including bio, climate, and health), as well as the services industries.
Dylan brings over five years of experience from the consulting industry, having served as Commercial Strategy Lead at Accenture’s Global Innovation Centre, directing investments into scalable tech propositions for clients, such as AI for drug discovery, payment fraud detection, and postal route optimisation.
He bears his own startup scars himself, having founded MatchDay in 2016, which graduated the NDRC accelerator and secured funding from Enterprise Ireland and other private investors. He has also been recognised as the young entrepreneur of the year in his home region for two consecutive years.
Dylan is a physics graduate from Trinity College Dublin, where he also recently completed his Executive MBA. Outside of work, he is a keen sports fan and has represented Ireland at snooker on multiple occasions. He can often be found listening to or playing music, or engrossed in the sporting event of the moment.
